philips 42PFL5522 LCD can you help??

hi can anyone help,

i've just bought a philips 42PFL5522 LCD and what to know what the best picture configuration (brightness, sharpness etc)

ohh one more, i have a wii. a friend of mine told me to get hold of wii component cables, are they compatible with the tv?

These are the settings I use, but really just set them to what you like!
Brightness 52, Colour 55, Contrast 56, Sharpness 0, Colour Temp Cool, Contrast+ On, NR On.
I watch with no lights on in the room whenever possible.
