    I wish you better luck than the 2 guys here I fear a little glowing light would not have helped them.

    contrast supposedly now 3000:1
    pixel plus 2
    etc...

    will have to see.

    I have a pioneer now...but I paid way too much for it 4 years ago...

    and I don't like the color on the panasonics that I hav seen...

    had Pioneer 502mx before...

    This latest phillips is MUCH better....on the analog channels....especially using line doubled mode....colors vibrant...solid, clean, clear picture....
    Much better than I expected...and infinately more tweakable picture with all the settings....

    What a deal.

    I know HD pics already are great because I saw them in a store....
