Does anyone know if the DVI input on 42PF9965 is HDCP compliant?

I heard that it cannot accept PAL progressive, does it accept NTSC progressive?

Is there a way to make it accept the PAL or NTSC progressive?

I was told by the sales person that if i want to use the progressive scan function on my dvd player i need to connect the dvd player directly to the panel instead of connectiong it through the E box, strange?

Also the DVI input is in the panel not in the E box?

Also does the component inputs on these plasma means that they are inlerlaced, progressive or broadband component, i'm a bit confuse here?

Also in Hong Kong now the new philps model number is 42FD9954 + FTR9965 E box, not 42PF9965, isn't the 42FD9954 an old model but with the new E box?
