Philips 42 PF7520D - Any good at £1409.99 from Costco?

    Hi, a friend of mine saw the above at Costco. Advert says its 'high definition'. Is it any good? Opinions appreciated.

    Also looked at it, as others on this forum have said. It is awful. Don't touch it with a bargepole. In fact Costco's range is the worst they have had consisting of 3 Philips TV's, an out of date Sony and the only saving grace the Pioneer 50". Dropped another slip in their suggestion box to start stocking panasonics again!

    BTW I have now shortlisted the Panasonic TH37PE50 (with free ES10 DVD Recorder), or the Panasonic LXD52 LCD.
