Does anyone else own one of these TVs and if so have you managed to find out how to access the service menu?

I've tried the 062596 i+ code mentioned here for Philips TVs to no avail. Is there some trick to this, or an alternaitve for this set?

    Thanks in advance!

Firstly, make sure you type in the numbers steadily and not too slowly. I have found this a problem sometimes.

Secondly, if the code above doesn't work, try the following website which has a lot of information about Philips service modes and such like:

    http://home.tiscali.nl/m.majoor/tv__matchline_service_mode.htm

    Hope this helps.

I've only had my 32PW9534 for two days. It was reconditioned and they've given me the wrong remote control so I can't try this yet.

    It says here:-
http://home.tiscali.nl/m.majoor/tv__mg7_1e_service_default_mode.htm that if you end with the MENU button rather than the i+ button you get the Service Default Menu, which presumably loads safe settings.
Does that work with the 32PW9534?

The remote I've been given does have an i+ (but doesn't have a menu button that works with this TV) so I tried the 062596 i+ code. That didn't work for me either.
