    hi

Now i have the tv set to the settings provided by jimsan - and they work great.

I have some other settings to watch the footy. Now when i have input the settings and everything is how i like and start to watrch footy, the tv trys to make the picture better by altering the settings i have entereded.

If you go into the menu, you can see the yellow bars moving back and forth as it correct the picture........How do I stop it doing this?

Ive turned smart Picture off !?

Smart picture should be set at 'personal'. This'll hold your own settings quite well. If you turn the 'Active Control' off the TV still does a bit of processing for you. I have mine set at Min and, to be honest, this seems to control the TV less than the off setting! Weird.
