    Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Philips 32PF9976 is HDTV ready and will be able to recieve the sky hdtv signals when they start broadcasting :lease: ?

    Hi,

    yes it is. I have one and it has a DVI socket that is HDCP enabled.
    I think it's a cracking TV for the price. It will receive both 720 and 1080 HDTV images.

    If the Sky box comes with a HDMI socket you just need to get a HDMI to DVI cable which are in abundance.
