don't know if its 'vesa' compatible though - might be a proprietary mount (but its included) - you just need a drill and a spanner.

I have just recieved my 30pf9975, which came with a wall bracket but no instructions of how to attach to wall. How do I attach it to the tv and wall? The bracket has 2 small 'light bulb' shaped holes but nothing to grip onto the tv. Do I have to unscrew something? Should i use 4 3inch screws to attach to wall?
