Philips 24PW6322/05 Unable to remove prog ID

The programme id disappears after 3 seconds as is normal but there remains on screen (top RH corner) a second one which stays on all the time, I have looked in the main menu but no sign of any way to cancel.
(This TV uses the MD1.2E chassis).
Not sure how to get into the service mode on this chassis to see if there is a way to cancel the setting there.
Any help would be appreciated.

It tells you quite clearly on page 9 of the user manual to push and hold for 3 secs the "Screen Information" button...button on top row of remote with icon of small italic "i" on it.
You can toggle continuous display or for it to disappear after a few secs after prog change...which is the default.

Edit...sorry mis-read your post the first time.
What is displayed at the top-right of pic...prog ID?
If it is does it change when you change channel?

Thanks for your interest and help, sorry no instructions (2nd hand T.V) just to add to my first report the Prog id is on the screen in dupilcate for 3secs then only one remains, this one also shows the station that you are tuned to or E1,E2 etc.
