    Anyone on here got one?

    Post your links!

Also, seen the one in back of some camera mag, (Not saying my pics merit a website!!) but for £35 ish a year, is that not a bargain?

    Correct/berate me if I'm wrong!

    Following on from this......

Most of you guys/girls seem to use flickr.

Is there a massive advantage in upgrading to pro?

There are alot of hosts you can use, the thing to be sure of is the amount of space you get for your photos as well as the bandwidth restrictions. Also make sure you can customise the layout to your liking. I believe the benefit of going 'Pro' in Flckr is simply that you may upload more shots.

One of the perks of my job...I have a pair of webservers

Having said that, I've not got much hosted on them at the moment, but it's useful as an image store.

If I get a free few hours I'll have to make a nice gallery

I use flickr and to me is more of photo storage to me than a website......I once was a web developer and have been out of the game for a while. Rather than just code a new website I will just use flickr for my images and link to them.

Currently I have hit a brick wall and might just give it all up....I don't get that buzz any more. Maybe its not the subjects or my images, maybe its just me. :(

    I've got a smugmug site at http://tobers.smugmug.com/photography.

I also use to to put family photos & stuff on there as well so family folks can see them easily. I generally dump most pics onto it so it serves as a backup for me as well.

I've got a Geocities account for some other stuff I do, and have just been playing with Adobe Lightroom's web photo gallery creation facility, and have produced this "Flash" gallery: http://www.tobinators.com/Landscapes/

I used Jalbum to create my website photo viewer. Very easy to use and if you have some web know how you can change the look of most of the default layouts.

You can then use free webspace to host your pictures or register and pay a few pounds a month to have a domain name and your own storage space.

    Cheers

I've just set up a simple one as a tester with some pics of our rabbits on:

    Check it out !

Will hopefully get better at them, and will post some more of my images on various ones when they've been tweaked a little

Heh they are funny but my idiot cats are without doubt the cheekiest [and craziest] animals I have come across :)

Oh and like the site btw, it's a bit slow to load but that could be my crappy works link [Gigabit my a$$]. Great names for them too :)
