OK, so I know what the running in advice is on the slightly older pioneer panels (from these forums) - is it still necessary on the newer panels like this one?
TBH I really can't be arsed with it. I am careful with the screen - contrast reduced from default (around 35), I never leave it on for long periods with video with static images etc. Am I likely to suffer permanent screen burn if I don't follow the running in?
