PDA/PPC as remote control

    Hi all, whats the best PDA/PPC to use as a remote control for my homecinema? are the Dell AXIM models anygood?

    Basically you either need a PDA with a CIR (Consumer Infra Red) port, something like the HP 2210, or as you mention the Dell Axim, although it only has a normal IrDA, but as it happens, the X3/X30 have been designed to have a really strong irDA that is probably better then most CIR equipped PDA's Goto www.remotecentral.com and look in the forums, their is one dedicated to PDA's for remote controls..
