    anyone got any ideas
on my second screen and both got the same problem, on light colours getting a change of contrast tried all settings on and off.
Had repair people round and have said if both sets do it must be a characteristic of set i agree that the chances of both having the same fault is very slim but no one has mentioned this problem on this forum so need help before it goes out the window

I've seen this on Sky (AV2)

I thought it was the feed, but was worried it was the tele.

I have never seen it on DVD (AV3), so I assume it's a feed/connection issue.

I haven't sorted it myself yet, so can't really help, but I'm convinced it's not the screen.

Sounds like the auto-contrast issue with the PV500.

But if I recall correctly, you turn this thing off on the 7200... look around, I think it´s been posted here.

Try using the settings in the "PD7200 picture settings" thread, see if that clears it up mate - it did for me.
