Hi,
I know that the HDCP key was cracked a while ago now so was wondering if there were any HDMI capture cards around that could strip the HDCP or emulate the handshaking?
Im not looking for anything too fancy as I just want to take the 3D input from my SKY+HD box and use it with Nvidia 3D Vision.
My Sky box does have component outputs so I could just use that but I allready have the HDMI cable run around the house and would refer to use HDMI if it is possible and not too expensive.
Thanks

Sorry, this is a violation of the HDMI licensing scheme so there isn't.

If you can handle the component output, why not get an HDFury, it takes in HDMI and outputs unencrypted component.

Not sure how it works for 3D though.

I've got a Sky HD box that has component output so wouldn't need the HDfury but I've heard that people have had some joy with the AVermedia HDMI cards bypassing the HDCP and thought that would be a more versatile and futureproof solution than using component.
Just wondered if anyone had any experience with this sort of setup and if the AVmedia cards will ignore the HDCP on any input?
Thanks
Chris
