hello... i am having problems with my volume control. i am running xp and my sound card is Realtek AC97 Audio. my sound card driver is up to date and i have ran malware, spyware scanners but still no sound. in my sound sound and audio devices control panel the volume tab is completely grayed out. the volume is set to low, "mute" and "place volume icon in taskbar" is unchecked but i cant adjust any of these settings. please help
