PC Upgrade

Hi,

I currently have an old P4 2.00Ghz system and am thinking of upgrading to something newer.

I will use the PC for Photoshop\Lightroom and Ulead Video editing. At the moment I do not have a HD camcorder so not worried about editing HD video.

I do not want to spend too much as hardly login to the PC. Most of the time is either spent on surfing on the laptop or my phone. I have seen this:

Will this do the job or is there a cheaper option.
