I've got an old (4 years) Mesh Matrix PC and it's time to upgrade. Don't want to spend any more than about £1000 (including VAT). Anyone got any views on who's good and who's not. I've been very happy with Mesh and may go with another but been reading some poor customer service reports recently.

Music, digital photos and internet are the main uses at the moment. Like the idea of using it as a TV tuner too though and possibly a music server.

    Ta.

If you want to stick with Mesh, this looks like a reasonable deal. As for Dell, heard many horror stories, and unless you're buying 1000 PC's+, they're not supposed to be interested. :suicide:

Dell machines are solid and reliable and will last you another 4 years if you buy one. You
can buy one at a time, they can be configured to your needs (box only, software, memory etc) and cand be purchased with very good support. I know people who have bought Dell and they have been happy. Call them for personal service rather than the online config.

Can't fault my Mesh PC - although I've never needed their customer services...?
