Are there any internal or external TV tuners which are capable of WUXGA (1680 x 1080) output as default?

The display resolution should not be related to the TV tuner card. If your display is 1680 x 1050 then a full screen display should be scaled to that regardless of the source resolution, unless the supplied software is very bad indeed.

    Which display has 1680 x 1080 resolution?

In any case you are in luck as any PC TV tuner card would work with it. I wholy recommend DigiTV from www.Nebula-Electronics.com .

It may be a laptop. I bought a laptop last year with a 1680 x 1050 display. It's a good compromise between decent resolution and cost.
