After an inexpensive TV card to watch TV while I surf, any reviews/advice would be appreciated!

The good news is even cheap ones offer pretty good quality - Id make sure you can input svideo.
To get the best from them you will want to run DScaler (free deinterlacing/scaling app). This only works with the Brooktree chipset.
I use a basic Hauppauge card - there are better cards around - for scaling TV up onto the projector and its surprisingly watchable.

Beavis,
You won't go far wrong with a pinnacle rave & cheap too.

Thanks to both of you for your replies, tempted to go with the Hauppage entry level PCI card, as I believe Pinnacle is not too good at releasing new drivers?

Certainly don't wanna spend more than about £40 ish!

Thanks.

I've got 2 winTV PVR USB boxes, no power supply, would you be interested? PS is a 6V, maplins can probably sort it. Could do it for £50, you know it's a bargain...

Thanks for that, but I've bought A Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe from Dabs for £40, had excellent reviews....

Cheers
