    Hello everyone,
I have recently bought a Hitachi plasma. I wanted it to be part of my home theatre system but I have run into a small problem (newbie stuff). I have gone through 1000s of posts but none answers my doubts.
    My problems are:

1.- Connecting my PC (graphics card ATI 9600 128mg dvi) which has a DVI-d output to my plasma with a DVI-d input. What cable do I need to get it.

2.- What are the bests setting on both the plasma and the computer to obtain the best picture quality.

    Any help is welcomed.

    Thanks in advance.

I have the PD3000 and don't know how similar it is to the 5200.
In mine, the input connectors are on a separate multimedia box. That box connects to the TV with a DVI cable. No other connectors on the TV.
I haven't connected a PC to it yet, but I have connected a DVD player that has a DVI output.
You just need a DVI->RGB adaptor (around $10) and a good quality monitor RGB cable to connect the DVD (PC in your case) to the TV's RGB input.
I could run it at 1024x768 (or 1280x1024) but I seem to prefer 1024x852 which happens to be the native resolution of the TV.
    Enjoy your machine.
