I have on 2 separate DVD-RAM a movie. I want to put them together on one DVD-RAM using my DVD-writer on my PC. Is that possible? I have a Panny e55 and LG 4163B.

Why not just put them on DVD-R?

You need a programme that can record in VR mode - Ulead ( www.ulead.com ) do a few that can do this. But as Tommy says - save yourself time and hastle and burn them to a DVD-R (or DVD-RW).
