Hi all , Had my tv for 4 months now, decided to see how HD clips will look like using svideo connection till i find/get a vga to component cable.
Problem im getting is that doesnt matter what resolution i select everything is jumping very fast that i cant make out anything.
According to my manual tv can take 1024 x 768 res.

Has anyone tried using svideo this way.
If i try vga to conponent cable will i get the same problem.
I have MSI geforce 4 TI4200 128mb AGP Graphics card.

    Any help will be appreciated.

I thought s-video was analog signal (as is composite, Scart and even component RGB) and to get those resolutions you will need VGA or DVI/HDMI to display properly?

    Cheers:hiya:

well the strange thing is that before i brought the LG 44" DLP i had the samsung 42" rear projector which worked fine on svideo at 1024x768. So im sure that the LG can take those res on svideo , component might be analogue but it can take high resolutions. AFAIK.

Update , With svideo its all scrambled

Any help will be appreciated. :lease:
