My HTPC is connected to my Amp via a Digital Coaxial Cable of the Motherboard. Now I have all the main XP/Media Centre sounds turned off, so no noises for email notifications, message windows etc.. I have now connected a set of small Powered PC speakers to go next to my LCD, these are just being fed from the 'line out' on the mobo.

    Now the question is . . . . . . . . . .

Is there anyway to have all the sounds coming from the PC Speakers and my Amp only to receive music, games, dvds etc... and not the windows sounds??

    Cheers,

    Giz.
