My PC has started rebooting when playing games that used to play fine with no problems. It sounds like an overheating problem but Ive changed my PSU from a 350W to 700W so surely this wouldnt create problems ?

Any clues ?

thx.

You need to upgrade the cooling, not the psu for an overheating problem. Try running with the case off in a ventilated room to see if that helps.

Could be a build up of dust that's creating problems.

thanks.so you dont think its the psu being overworked as the problem has only been present since upgrading ?

Perhaps the new PSU is generating more heat than the old one?
Try running with the side off your case, look and make sure all your fans are working, get a can of compressed air and blow the dust out of all the fans and heatsinks.
Run something like Speedfan to check your temps.

thanks people.
Have taken the side off and psu is cool and air being lifted from cpu seems ok too.
hottest thing appears to be the gfx card but with no onboard fan im guessing this is normal ?
I'll leave the side off for a while and see what happens.
