PC keeps resetting

A few days ago, I replaced my faulty PSU which kept causing my PC to shutdown either during or shortly after startup. The PC then worked fine with the new PSU (Hiper 630W R-Type), starting up and staying stable for a couple of days.

However, since yesterday, after the PC has been up for about an hour or two, it just resets without warning. One moment I'm doing my work, then the next moment the screen just blacks out and I'm back to the screen where the BIOS is loading up, etc.

Any idea what might be causing this? Could it be another dodgy PSU? The average voltage readings, according to the mobo monitoring software, are as follows:
+12v: 11.855
+5v: 4.95
+3v: 3.36
Vcore: 1.6

Are my above voltages too low and therefore causing a PSU failure?

Average temperatures are:
CPU: 44C / 111F
Mobo: 30C / 86F.

Any ideas for my sudden resetting problem, I would be most grateful.

Thanks.
