    Hi,

I'm thinking about getting a 20m cable between my PC and TV to stream content.

My PC is fairly new (although I'm still to purchase a HDMI card for it - any recommendations) and it's a quad-core/vista machine so plenty quick enough... I'm just wondering if anyone has had much experience in this connectivity? Does it actually work?

    Many thanks

Hi, HDMI can sometimes struggle at 20m, although this can be down to the output of your source, the cable quality, the distance and the HDCP output from the screen back to source. It may be something you would have to try first, or you could use a repeater halfway down the cable.

The repeater idea should work, otherwise I agree, 20m is a long way, and an expensive piece of junk if it does ot work.
