pc games to sell query

just want to know if i have the original games and cd keys,i.e played them now not on my pc can i sell them on as never done it before with pc games cheers for any advice

You can sell anything mate. 2nd hand Pc games dont get great money due to the cd key issue you mentioned. But you can still sell them if you so wish.
