Hi guys can any one help i am having problems getting signal on two dvb s devices for my htpc
first device is a usb dvbs second device is a medion ctx948 v1.1.1 tv/dvb-t/dvb-s combo tv tuner pci card.
my satellite is a sky hd dish 15 months old i know the sats good as have 100% signal on my sky hd box.
i have tried windows media center, dvb dream, blaze hd
i set the settings to the following satellite astra 28.2e (eutelsat 28a)
ku-l-band (universal)
11778 v 27500 2/3
i have updated both device drivers
never no lock, signal or quality
ready to just give up spent so many hours if any on could help it would be much appreciated thanks
