Password prompt for downloading/installing web programs?

Hi, is there a way to prohibit downloading .exe from an admin account/ Basically, my kids play games online, now im talking about ben ten etc, but i came back from work and one of them had a trial version of norton internet security!

I dont want to have other accounts, I just want my admin account but with windows 7 prompting BEFORE, any programs actually download, never mind allowed to be installed.

Ant ideas?

Hi,

If you have got IE8 on Windows 7 I would suggest upgrading to IE9, this changes how the downloads acknowledgment appears plus it introduces the download manager and does do a virus scan of any downloaded files.

It may be wise if you change the settings of the UAC or User Account control. To access it just type User Account control in the start menu and you should be presented with the following:
