passive cooling a p4 3.4 & 6800GT

hi there all, do you think the following can be effectivly cooled passivly?

p4 3.4 Northwood (unclocked if it helped)
Nvidia 6800 GT

I'd also use a passive powersupply - though it would be set to auto-turn when the temp exceded 60 degrees. The fans would be at least 8cm.

I'd use it for HTPC use and it would be left on all the time.

on air? I'd say no..

possibly on water if you had a large enough radiator.. that depends on whether you need something aesthetically pleasing though. I think there's the coolermaster resorator or the cheap option would be using an old car radiator.

You could cool those components silently with a Zalman Reserator and accompanying cpu and vga block,many people are succesfully cooling overclocked systems with these so you shouldn't have a problem.
