Rebuilding my HTPC instead of using a NAS.
Currently have four or five 2TB hard drives - some partitioned into two where I store each category of media, IE, Films, TV Series, Documentaries, Kids TV, Christmas... whatever else.
Looks pretty neat when I open Explorer as each hard drive is there so I can quickly navigate around when adding content or upgrading it.
New HTPC will have a single 10TB hard drive in it.
Should I partition this or keep it as one drive and have folders within that?
Downside is it won't be as neat and needs extra clicks to get to places but I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. There would be perhaps 5 or 6 partitions, maybe more (but limited to 8 or 10).
