    Does anyone know if Parkland Plastics that people on the AVSFORUM use for DIY screens, is Fomex in this country.

    yes foamex is available as we use it at work, if you want some you should try a local sign making company

    This is the Parkland Plastics site.
    It looks like Parkland is a solid plastic wall board like you would see in commercial premises. What is fomex?

    Hi There,
    Foamex is what is used for sign making. You see it used in industry for large internal signs. It is white has a matt finish, very smooth, and apparently gives you a great image, and you can get it in 8'x4' sheets. Cost around 20.00 per sheet, from any local sign makers.
