Parents want a new TV

Dad has been on about it for ages and has come into a bit of money he wants a 42" HDTV he was looking at a suggestion to me for something around the £1200 mark. I aint sure what can be had for that so any 1 got any recommendations. If possible one for that mark and others not a great deal more say upto £1500 as im sure he can be swayed

What is he going to be feeding it with ? (eg has he got / going to get Sky HD)

Just checking that he knows an HD picture needs more than just an HD screen

yeah he knows that and will more than likely be getting sky HD
