1200 lumen's sound's a bit much for Home cinema use, unless you also need it for presentation's at work.

The Ae100 is plenty bright enough in eco mode, standard mode is 700 lumen's.

I think it is the LC75 that is selling like hot cakes in the US. Probably because the AE100 hasn't arrived there yet.

I was looking for the LC75e too but was given an extortionate price.

    Regards.

As you say the PT-AE100 has not been released as yet in the states - I'm not sure when its release date is due.

    The PT-LC75E is the 1024 x 768 model whilst the PT-LC55E is the 800 x 600 model.

Both of these models have two RGB inputs that will also accept Component video with the correct cable.

Price wise these models are PT-AE100 +£250 and +£750 respectively - and they are also both IN STOCK.

    Best regards

    Joe

PS I have heard of customers paying £1600+ to get further up the PT-AE100 queue.

I got a 75e two weeks ago and am over the moon with it.

If you've got the money for one buy a 75 you wont be disappointed.
