PannyPW6 problems

Got my PW6 today....unfortunately the left side speaker output does not work....i've tried different speakers/cables etc, but no good......where do i stand on consumer rights, with regard to refund/exchange??
Can i demand a refund ??
As well as the above, it also has a stuck pixel !!

Easy, if it is doesn't work due to a fault, you can demand a replacement model or a full refund.

As for the dead pixel, they normally won't exchange for 1 dead one....luckily though you have other issues ;)

I see what you mean about luckily.....doesn't feel that way at the moment though.....oh well, may get the Pioneer 434HDE to help me get over this :)
In this instance, who has to pay for carriage/return costs??

Dont' swap just because of this, the PW6 is a great screen...

IMHO only move to the 434 is you have compared it to the Panny die by side....I did the same and much preferred the Panny :)

The screen is at fault, they should pay all shipping...assuming you bought it from somewhere half decent...
