    Hi,

I have a problem with my 16 months old panny. When I use my new Sony NS930V DVD with progressive scan, the image seems vertically stretched when I compare it with a non PS-source. I know it is possible to alter the hor. en vert. settings of the TV, but these controls don't work when you have the tunercard (for the PU-PT600) installed.
Is ther another way to alter the overscan settings of the TV, even with the tunercard (e.g. service-menu) installed?

PS the image is brilliant!

    cheers,

    Rob

The problem lies with the tuner box. Just another annoying niggle, and reason not to use one.

Ok, I found the solution. Switching aspect from Just to 16:9 did the trick. It seems that Just stretches even widescreen pictures!
The ascpect of the image is now perfect.

    cheers,

    Rob
