    Hi All,

I tried searching for the answer to this question on the forum but only found the answer for the series 5 so my apologies in advance for asking probably the most asked question on the forum but...

Can anyone confirm for me whether the Panasonic TH42PW4B can make use of a progressive scan signal, and if so, which inputs support it (composite and VGA?)?

    Thanks in advance,

    D.

Don't own one myself but..... If your terminal board has Component & VGA sockets they should do it.

Yes the series 4 does support progressive scan in on component and vga ... it also processes non-prog signals on board to display them as progressive on the display ...
