    Hi there
Got me new panasonic 42pw6 yesterday and its the biz
But i was wondering, is there any way to get text on this screen?
The remote dont have the option and the sky remote dont give me text. Surely there must be some way to get back me precious text?
    Has anyone got it working?

You won't be able to get free to air teletext unless you hook up a TV tuner i.e from vcr etc . You can get digital teletext if you have sky though.

My VCR has a tuner, so all i have to do is run throught the VCR and then text should work?
Or do i have to fork out 400 quid for a panasonic tuner?
I seen a few threads talking about the prov+ is this gizmo still available?

The PW6 is a monitor not a TV, your dealer certainly should have explained this to you. You can use digital text built into digiboxes(Sky, Cable, Freeview) but not good old fashioned teletext. The Prov+ has teletext capabilites so running your equipment via this would give you teletext, but not the best picture quality. Perhaps install the ProV+ just for teletext use on terrestrial channels? TBH I would just use another telly in the house!
