Have got a portable Panasonic PV55 DVD player (no screen) and am looking at this becoming a bedroom player and looking at a DVD recorder for main playing/recording use - does anyone know how compatible this player is with DVD-R, +RW and the other DVD formats as it will control my choice of recordable format. I've done various internet searches and can't come up with anything.
