Hi all
Tiz the season to upgrade the in-laws. Unfortunately this DVD Recorder has me beat!
It's connected to an ageing Ferguson (remember them) TV via Scart (monster fully wired I believe), using s-video.
When you select the guide or *any* full screen menu's and then either return or hit ok for the new channel, the TV changes from the AV source back to channel 1 on the TV! prior to doing to there's a momentary flash of full bluescreen then TV channel changes to 1.
I've changed the scart cable, I've unplugged all and restarted but to no avail.
We orginally bought a Goodmans DVD recorder but it was a pile of junk. At least it didn't move off the AV channel when you made a menu selection though!
Ideas anyone before they accuse me of buying them one more Christmas Turkey than was actually required?
