panny bd 35 turning itself off

Hi,i have the panny bd 35 and when i put the disc in it reads then turns itself off,anyone else had this problem or is it just faulty? also it takes forever to load which players have a fast loading time? Thanks

Sounds faulty, but don't expect a working one to give you a fast load time.

My similar BD60 takes ages, and I'm told it's typical of the Blu-Ray format.
