Panny AE500 bulb life?

What is the default bulb life of the AE500 on low light mode?
Will the high lamp mode even with AI make a big drop in life?

it can be 5000 hr at most in low lamp mode
2000hrs in high lamp mode

if you use the ai you have to run in high lamp mode so life will only be up to 2000 hrs

lamp life is not guaranteed as it can vary in accordance with how often you run the unit and how often you switch the unit off/on(the more power cycles you do the shorter the lamp life)

Forgive me but what is "AI" in this respect - just got a 500 - have I missed something?
