    Hi:

Are all the issues between the Panny 700 and the denon 2910 solved? I'm talking about the hdmi connection and the flashs (lost of signal that occurs). Do you guys think that this can be a good combination?

I have this exact combination and I think it is superb :smashin: . It is connected via HDMI.

However, my projector originally had version 1.3 firmware, which had the flashing and loss of signal problems.

I got my projector back last week though after sending it off to Panasonic to upgrade the firmware to version 1.7.

It has the fixed the flashing problem and has made the picture quality even better! I must say I was very sceptical when first reading other post on here how the image quality could be improved!

The flashing does not come from the cable - it came as a result of the AE-700 being out of sync with the DVD player signal.

The flashing was fixed after getting the firmware updated from Panasonic :)

I thought the problem was with longer cables, and quality of them. I've a friend that with 10m cable and firmware 1.07 is still having the issue, using a denon 3910. With 8 meteres cable, there was no problem.
