    Hi all,
just got a great john lewis undersale for the panny 6
I got the panel + tuner + scart terminal board for..................
    £3035.00.
I may not want the tuner so could possibly sale that for £200
Which means i get the panel i wanted plus the five year guarantee
    from john lewis for £2835.00.
Which i think is a very good price for the silver version.
    What do you guys think????
    Cheers,
    Andy.

Which John Lewis? Is this a standard thing? I'm ordering my PW6 from Ask Direct tomorrow! £3000 with the wall bracket. No Tuner or Scart Terminal Board though.

    Sounds like a great deal.

I went for the Nexnix one too - it ended up at about £2,900 once I had added the Scart board and the 3 year Panasonic warranty. It also came with component and S-Video boards.

Before you sell the tuner, have a play with the component input vs SCART to see which you prefer for DVD. I use component and find it much better. I have a component card rather than a component input on the tuner, but I am not sure what difference this will make.

Hope you enjoy your new toy.

    Hi Dave,
    thanks for the feed back.
Yep,i will try it with the tuner first to see what kind of picture i get.
If im not happy with it then i will just sell it on.
    Many thanks,
    Andy.

I will when i get it.......John lewis say it may take two -three weeks to get in.
Still, no problems with that.Just well pleased with the five year guarantee.

    Hi danbassy,

    Crampton and moore.
    www.cramptonandmoore.co.uk
They have an offer at the moment inc the tuner box.
But they say they only have a few left.
When they run out the panny 6 will be £2995.00 on it own.
    Hope this helps.
    Andy.
