Have spent ages talking to Panasonic and BT engineers, each blame the other!
Initially, the auto connection test on the television could not find the IP address
After manually importing IP and DNS addresses the television failed to find the 'Gateway access' and came up with 'error 008'. Panasonic blame the BT Hub3 router saying the signal is poor, however I placed my laptop underneath the television and the connection was fine. I thought about the router security settings which are on WPA & WPA2 (recommended) but these are not causing a problem to the computers, ipad, itouch, ect which are all connected at the same time without a problem. The router is situated in the hallway, the television ten feet away in the living room. Would welcome any assistance.
