This TV seems to be intermittently faulty and usually follows 1 of 3 scenarios:

1. Powers on normally and works generally fine until switched off.
2. Red power light just blinks and it won't come out of standby mode.
3. TV comes out of standby mode but then switches itself off a few seconds later with no lights on the front.

Additional info:

EPG menu seems slow to load and doesn't look like it's being cached. I'm not sure if the TV used to cache a local copy of it but I do know it loaded much faster than it does now.

Also when it's first turned on it will become unresponsive for a short time before the channel can be changed etc. Video and sound on the current channel seem normal though.

So far:
I have already replaced the power supply board but that didn't make any difference.

We also left the TV powered off and unplugged for over 2 weeks since this fault first occured and that didn't solve anything either.

Can anybody offer any advice?

Thanks in advance.
