Just trying to sort out a few installation questions before our new Viera arrives next week.

In the experience of fellow Viera owners, whats the max distance that you can site the DVD,Sky box and PS2 away from the Plasma Screen and get no degradation in picture or quality?

We bought the Viera because of its good looks etc and hoped to have it mounted on a wall with nothing else around it. (We still hope that this is the case and its what we have saved up to do).
Ive been told now though that the Accessories above, need to be sitting below the screen and in a cabinet etc.

Ideally, we want it mounted on the wall and with the cabling etc hidden in the wall/floor running around to where we would be sitting (about 3m away).

As we are complete novices, we would appreciate any help with our question and in particular any other equipment that we need to purchase to achieve our aim.

Ive noticed that this question has been asked before but we cant find any definate answers and dont want to be ripped off by unscrupulous dealers.

It's as CWOJ says, the maximum cable legnth will depend on the quality, but i'm using a 15m RGB SCART on my PA20 (last years model) and it's fine.
