    Hi all.

My old man bought one of these screens a while ago, and there is one majorly annoying feature of this TV - the freeview. When watching any other input e.g. DVD or SKY, there is noticeable ghosting in the background. Having messed around with the TV for ages, its clear to see this is either a) a freeview channel b) the freeview screensaver floating around.

Is there anyway to totally turn off freeview & screen savers on these tv's??

    Hi Fathead
Ive seen this on a number of sets and guess what the problem was- cheap scarts its worth changing the scarts before trying anything else.

Thanks for the reply Gonzo. All scarts have been changed a number of times by the supplier @ the suppliers cost, its made no difference. It doesn't appear to be your traditional video interference.
