I have just bought a Panasonic TX36PB50.
I have connected my Nintendo Gamecube to the RGB input using an RGB-wired SCART cable, and the Gamecube is outputting @ 60Hz.
As I pan the screen around in games, there is noticable motion blur on bright objects. Good examples are the bright yellow bananas in 'Super Monkey Ball' and the bright blue doors in 'Metroid Prime'. The blur can be (I guess) 1.5 inches long, trailing after the moving object.
Is this an artifact of one of the picture optimisation settings? I have turned off 'DDM'.
Is it an artifact of using a 100Hz TV?
Tonight I am going to investigate the service menu and see if I can make any further progress, so I would welcome any pointers, suggestions and advice.
Thankyou.
