my television has develped a fault and wondered if anyone knows what it is,
when i switch on the tv goes completely yellow the picture is there but no colour except the bright yellow, then after about 20 secs the picture comes back with the color fine except for a off yellow tint down one side of the screen only visible when a white background is on screen.
my tv is insured but what i want to know is can it be repaired, if not they say they will supply an equivalent model, or give me comet voucher to the price i paid for the tv.
    i hope it can't be repaired !!!

Hate to dig such an antique thread but I have recently acquired a TX32PK20 and have a similar fault. The whole picture has a yellow tint to it. Tried playing around in the picture settings but it didn't make any difference.

Anyone had any experience with this and how I might be able to get rid of it?

Oh well. Still can't justify the money for the plasma I want. Anyone on the west coast of Scotland got a half-decent CRT they are looking to find a new home for? lol
